Introduction
Somewhere at the edge in The Endless City limits travels the Circus of Neverending Fuck. Somewhere between a freak show and an outcast clan the circus manipulates and holds sway over many prominent figures in Imperial politics. On Earth Realm, the circus holds the strings of many mainstream media-producing entities. It is a chaotic entity - it's agenda is often unclear and although not malevolent as such in The Otherside it is certainly not a force which excude good on Earth Realm.
