The DJ is exactly that - a DJ who works for the ruling powers of The Endless City.
The DJ is charged with organizing musical events for such festivals as Samhain.
It's a surprisingly high honor and serious appointment - it's unclear if there has been more than one "DJ" or if it is the same individual. They are always in the shadows.
