Introduction
This is not The Original Timeline. Fae from the future (although time can work differently for the Fae) at great expense altered the course for unknown reasons. The Fae who know (very few) consider the new timeline superior... or at least the lesser of two evils. It is not something spoken about in the Hive or polite society.
In The Original Timeline The War in the Dreaming never happened. The God-Emperor never ascended to power.
Things were very different.
The divergence began around 1979 resulting in a major schism in 1997.
