Introduction
The VOCC is the system (and corporation which owns and maintains the system) of organic technology which allows the inter-dimensional signal of The Endless City to facilitate both general generated communications and Faetech travel between realms.
This includes inter-realm television like broadcasts including the VOCCs own channel 'VOCC' (effectively the states propaganda and official communication vehicle) which broadcasts such scheduled signals as 'Whimsy Weaves for Wandering Whippersnappers' (an informational show designed to educate young, newly awakened, Fae on thier abilities).
Description
The technology created and deployed by the VOCC is the beating heart of the communications and logistics hub of the Grand Concordian Empire and perhaps the greatest achievement of the post-war era.
Without the VOCC, The Endless City has no function and is simply another isolated city state lost in the umbra.
