Introduction
The Realm of Silence is a deep umbra haven for both Eris and Dysnomia in the Age of Concordia and the assumed battleground on which they fought during the War in The Dreaming. It is a cold, dark, eerie and chaotic realm at the center of which sits The Golden City. Silence is ruled by Eris and her daighter Dsynomia and is the current seat of power for The House of Eris and it's allies. The capital city of Silence is The Golden City. Silence is deep in the Umbra.
Description
The Realm of Silence is a frigid, desolate territory, essentially divided into two distinct regions governed by two powerful figures. One part is ruled by Eris, centered around the Golden City, a chaotic and unpredictable seat of power. The other, known simply as Silence, is ruled by Lilith the Rebel, also referred to as the White Witch or Dysnomia.
Silence proper is a stark, icy expanse where time and sound seem to vanish into the freezing winds. It is a realm where emotions are muted, and magic takes on a slow, deliberate weight. In this land, Lilith maintains strict control, with her power emanating from the cold and the stillness that permeates the realm. Those who venture into Silence often seek either refuge or rebellion, as it is both a sanctuary and a place of resistance against the Empire’s control.
In contrast, the Golden City under The High Queen Eris is filled with the vibrant, shifting chaos of her court. Here, reality itself can bend to the whims of those who can control it, making it a stark contrast to the quiet rigidity of Silence proper. Eris represents the chaotic, unpredictable forces of the realm, while Lilith holds dominion over its cold and structured stillness.
These two rulers embody the duality of this particular realm: chaos and control, heat and ice, noise and silence. Both play critical roles in the ongoing power dynamics. The forces of silence recently planned to invade Earth Realm but were thworted ultimately by The Alliance of Birds and The House of The Rat.
